Your responsibilities:
- Establish and develop the company from the foundation phase through operational scaling
- Structure and organize the company and define core business processes
- Build teams, departments and workflows
- Develop and implement the corporate strategy
- Business Development: Identify and build new business opportunities, partnerships and market potential
- Cultivate and expand networks within the life science and semiconductor industries
- Represent the company to partners and customers
- Ensure financial stability and sustainable growth
Your profile:
- Several years of experience in the life science industry, ideally in strategic or entrepreneurial roles
- Established network within the life science sector
- Degree in industrial engineering, business administration, or engineering, ideally with a focus on the life science or semiconductor industry
- Experience in EPC Projects
- Strong background in business development
- Pronounced entrepreneurial mindset with experience building new structures or start-ups
- Strong leadership and decision-making skills
- Strategic thinker with excellent communication skills and a hands-on approach
