Equans Process Solutions combines key competencies: engineering (feasibility, design, project management, and sustainable engineering), process equipment (manufacturing, installation, and industrial transfer of equipment), supply and process environment (clean & dry concept, special fluids and processes, air treatment, HVAC, electricity, and hydrogen), industrial services, and maintenance. Equans Process Solutions' design & build solution creates concrete operational synergies, reduces interfaces, ensures technical and operational continuity, and optimizes project management.

Your responsibilities:

  • Establish and develop the company from the foundation phase through operational scaling
  • Structure and organize the company and define core business processes
  • Build teams, departments and workflows
  • Develop and implement the corporate strategy
  • Business Development: Identify and build new business opportunities, partnerships and market potential
  • Cultivate and expand networks within the life science and semiconductor industries
  • Represent the company to partners and customers
  • Ensure financial stability and sustainable growth

Your profile:

  • Several years of experience in the life science industry, ideally in strategic or entrepreneurial roles
  • Established network within the life science sector
  • Degree in industrial engineering, business administration, or engineering, ideally with a focus on the life science or semiconductor industry
  • Experience in EPC Projects
  • Strong background in business development
  • Pronounced entrepreneurial mindset with experience building new structures or start-ups
  • Strong leadership and decision-making skills
  • Strategic thinker with excellent communication skills and a hands-on approach
