Within our Business Unit Industry, we design, manufacture, and install plant and pipeline systems suitable for all media, pressure, and temperature ranges. Through new construction projects, complex modernizations, shutdowns, and maintenance work, we enable our customers to continuously improve their infrastructure and achieve greater efficiency and modernization. As an experienced partner to the process industry, we are present in all relevant European markets with our own personnel, including branches in Germany, Austria, and Romania.

To strengthen our team at our new branch in Kilpilathi (Finland), we are looking for a technically skilled and personally convincing professional as soon as possible

Your responsabilities:

  • Develop and implement HSE policies and procedures in compliance with local regulations and company standards
  • Conduct risk assessments, workplace inspections, and safety audits.
  • Provide HSE training and awareness programs for employees.
  • Investigate incidents and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external authorities to ensure best HSE practices.
  • Monitor environmental performance and ensure sustainability goals are met
  • Attendance and execution of safety walks to assure safe working places 
  • Attendance to weekly meetings both internally and with the client 
  • Support of the project and branch management as an expert for HSE 
  • Preparation of weekly reports

Your Profile:

  • Degree in Occupational Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field
  • Experience in HSE management, preferably in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
  • Knowledge of Finnish and EU HSE regulations
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills in Finnish and English; German is an advantage
